I said, theres another level in you. Each year the players grade themselves and their teammates on the extent to which they embody the core values. And so what this motivates all of them to do is to compete. Be a leader in your neighborhood, be a leader in the people that you contact and approach every single day. And so what you asked earlier about this cauldron thing, we have three basic tools that we use that I think separate us.
