My husband and I ate these all the time in the late 70s! Saturday's were "boil 'n bag" night !! We would make isntant mashed potatoes on top of sliced bread and put the chicken ala King on top or other ones and it was great,I have 7 kids from ages 37 to 14 years of age that all loved them my 14 year old has have to enjoy the staffers version but we wish that freezer queen would bring them bag I fixed them in the microwave all the time it wasn't rocket science. Even so, the price of a boiling bag wouldn't or shouldn't be more than .75 a bag. Sure wish they'd bring them back. Now I get the family size and enjoy it reheated, so to speak. Our Mom always kept them in the freezer. Love the chicken la King boiling bags and the sliced beef boiling bags and they work great for going camping but you cant find them anymore I wish I would bring them back. I loved the veal parm, but also the turkey, the chicken ala king and the chipped beef. As I recall the food bags would keep it good for years. I loved the Banquet Boiling Bags when I was a kid.
